watch for flexibility and core strength inspiration…. healthy inspiration in general! 

Day 2 but Day 1

Ok, in terms of eating today (even some of  yesterday), I failed. I had a nice wrap to start the day off, then a plate of fries. For dinner, I had some veggies and a hot dog. Cafe food does not promote healthy living! Ack, but it’s still possible. I can do this. Yesterday I weighed 128lbs, today it’s 126lbs. Probably not fat that burned off, just the lack of liquid/fluids in my body. 

Tonight, after I go for a fabulous 40 minute walk to give the last of my half fees for Morocco, I’ll do some Insanity! I’m kinda excited for it, but I know I’ll be wheezing by the end of it; the ‘test’ did for sure! I’m still contemplating on whether or not I should take p90x before Insanity. Actually, I will. 

Today marks the first day of P90x with a chest and back workout. 

Today also marks the day of my no junk food vow. 

February resolution

I’ve had about enough of this whole freshman 15, it’s time to take control of my weight and health. I weighed myself this morning (it’s been a long time…). A little less than a year ago, I was wavering from 117lbs to 120lbs. Today, I’m at 128lbs. My goal is to strengthen and tone my body, hopefully shed some pounds as well. 

I’m going to start an online journal to monitor my workout with… INSANITY! Pretty sure I’m going to die from it, but we’ll see how it goes. 

Starting breakfast with a hard-boiled egg, skim milk and Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal. 

NTS: drink 2L of water a day, and lots of tea
